Come and learn the basics of the Ontario Works (OW) system from a Region of Waterloo, OW trainer. This is a great opportunity and to ask questions from a person who trains new caseworkers.

Our workshops are delivered by local and certified experts who know and understand the landscape in Waterloo Region.
We ask for a small fee to be paid for some workshops to cover our costs.
