The goal is to help ensure that you have the opportunity to identify opportunities to grow and make the greatest impact in your family, community, and workplace . This training examines the intersection of race, gender, and class using critical self-reflection, and storytelling to offer you new practices that support productive community building. What you need to know: You will work individually and in small groups so be sure to join us with your video and microphone on. You can reflect and share as you feel comfortable.
