Who can attend this workshop?

To keep the intimacy of this workshop, we ask that only mothers & their partner attend. This workshop is most appropriate for pregnant women. If you would like a support person to attend, please contact our offices.

Can a support person attend with me?

We ask that mothers only bring 1 support person to this event. We highly suggest that this person be someone who will be caring for baby with you. If you have questions as to who can attend with you, please contact our offices to speak with a member of the Latched Team.

What information do I need to provide to attend this workshop?

Accepted Answer

Name, email, & phone number are required so that we can contact you. Additional info is required to attend workshop. Additional questions must be filled out prior to attending. This will assist in understanding your eligibility & getting you set up in our material assistance program.

What type of materials are available for registered attendees?

Latched Support provides 1 free pack of diapers, information packets, & sanitary packs (per availability). Each topic covered in our program has a goodie-bag with essentials from that topic.

What if I am running late?

Accepted Answer

Admittance to any educational event, social, or workshop closes 15 minutes after scheduled start time. This is to ensure that everyone receives the full education & activities. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you contact our offices to reschedule or discuss other events.

What is a Virtual Workshop?

Accepted Answer

A Virtual Workshop provides education from the comfort of your home. This is a Zoom session, if you need assistance setting up Zoom, please contact our offices prior to social date. All Latched events offer material assistance to attendees, call our offices for more info.

Question 7

How do I get my free materials?

Accepted Answer

We ask that all attendees stay through the entirety of the workshop in order to receive materials. All materials are free to pick up from a Latched Support location & can be scheduled at the end of the workshop.

Do I have to pay for anything/what are the requirements?

Accepted Answer

ALL events, workshops, &socials hosted by Latched Support are always free. There is no income requirement. The only requirement is that you are pregnant or a parent of a child under the age of 36 months & reside in a Texas area code.

How do I log into the virtual class?

Accepted Answer

Emails are sent to confirmed attendees to the email address you provide with a link to each session. We ask that all of your information is up to date so that you can receive the link in a timely manner.

Why do I need to confirm my attendance?

Accepted Answer

In order to receive the education and material assistance, a Latched Support team member must be able to contact you to provide the workshop link. By confirming your attendance, you are providing the Latched team a direct way to contact you.

What if I do not confirm my attendance?

Accepted Answer

If you do not confirm your attendance, your ticket may be refunded or you may not receive the workshop link. Please contact Latched Support if you have any issues with confirming your ticket and attendance.
