Understanding Corporate Culture is part three of the three-part career management series from Keystone Associates. Corporate culture is an important factor to consider when seeking new employment. The culture of a company can affect your overall success and satisfaction.

In this program you will learn:

  • What is corporate culture?
  • What factors determine a company & culture?
  • How can you evaluate a company’s culture before you get an offer?
  • What questions can you ask to help determine if that the corporate culture is a good fit?

  2. May 2: Non-traditional Networking - Dave Denaro
  3. June 18: Understanding Corporate Culture - Jayne Mattson

Jayne Mattson is a Career Management expert with in-depth experience in corporate and private sectors of business. An accomplished facilitator, trainer and coach, she is known for inspiring and motivating individuals to explore new career options and to help them build sustainable confidence. Ms. Mattson is Principal of CareerEngage where she works with early to mid-career professionals providing seminars, webinars and one on one coaching in all areas of career management. She partners with the Boston Young Professional Association by writing articles for their blog on career-related topics.

Registration: Alumni may bring one guest for free. Given the limited spots available and that we are ordering food and beverages, please email Tina Kruczynski at (tina@mitsloanboston.com), if you need to canel your registration. This will allow us to take a fellow alumni off the waitlist.

On-Campus Free Parking: Due to the never-ending construction, Sloan's Hermann Garage is only accessable via Main Street. It is a small garage without a gate, and directly under the Sloan library. Another option is the Amherst Street/E51 lot. These parking lots are free after 5pm.The closest public parking is Kendall Center Green Garage, next to the Marriott Hotel.
