Complex trauma in adults, often rooted in prolonged childhood trauma, can present through a wide range of symptoms, including emotional dysregulation, challenges in forming and maintaining relationships, and various physical health issues.

Common psychological symptoms include flashbacks, nightmares, and a persistent sense of threat, alongside avoidance of trauma-related situations. Physical manifestations—such as chronic headaches, digestive problems, and other stress-related conditions—often arise from the body’s prolonged exposure to stress.

This workshop will delve into the complex relationship between trauma and the mind-body connection, offering insights into how trauma impacts both psychological and physical well-being.
