Mesa Real Estate Institute, LLC

This eight (8) hour class is designed to provide attendees with a professional working knowledge of the RANM Forms including the ones most likely to be used in the course of a typical residential real estate transaction. Attendees will learn the importance of using current forms and how to avoid transaction liability related to using out-dated forms.
Forms we'll cover include:

<LI>RANM Purchase Agreement</LI>
<LI>Lead Based Paint Addendum</LI>
<LI>Seller's Property Disclosure</LI>
<LI>HOA Disclosure</LI>
<LI>PID Disclosure</LI>
</UL>
Tickets are $65 in advance and $70 at the door. Limited seating, tickets may or may not be available at the door, so please purchase your tickets through EventBrite and reserve your space now! Please arrive on time! If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will have to make up the portion of the class that you missed before credit hours will be awarded. Tickets may be cancelled and refunds issued up to 24 hours in advance of the class starting time; last minute cancellations will be credited toward future classes.
Approved for 8 hours continuing education credit by the NMREC. 
This class is a GRI elective.
