Welcome to the Community Mental Health Matters: Understanding and Supporting Mental Health In Our Communities event!

Join us at The Alexandria at San Carlos for an impactful event focused on youth and adult mental health. This initiative, scheduled for Saturday, August 23, 2025, is dedicated to creating a meaningful dialogue and providing valuable education about mental health challenges affecting our communities.

Mental health is an essential part of overall well-being, yet it remains a topic often surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. Through this event, we aim to:

  • Foster open conversations about mental health.
  • Educate attendees about signs, symptoms, and coping strategies.
  • Provide access to resources, tools, and expert guidance for both youth and adults.

Please join us or consider sponsoring the event. All support is welcome, as this is a free event to the community.

Registration is required for entry. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or to learn more about how you can support this event.
