Uncover Your Truth: A Path to Living Authentically

Transmute your experiences into wisdom. Own your truth, find your voice, and share your story with confidence in this 4-week journey.

Your story holds power—it carries your experiences, resilience, and truth. But sharing that story can feel overwhelming. Where do you start? How do you embrace it fully? And most importantly, how do you step into your truth with confidence and peace?

In this 4-week immersive experience, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Participants will receive a guided workbook filled with exercises to help uncover their true selves, reflect on their journey, and integrate their experiences into meaningful wisdom.

Alchemize Your Pain into Wisdom – Turn past struggles into golden nuggets of insight, strength, and transformation. Your experiences hold power—now it's time to transmute them into wisdom.
Unearth the Story Within – Identify the moments that shaped you and uncover the truth that needs to be told.
Own Your Truth – Move beyond fear and self-doubt to fully embrace your story and the power it holds.
Find Peace in Your Narrative – Shift your perspective, release shame, and recognize the strength in your experiences.
Step Out of Your Comfort Zone – Gain the confidence to share your story authentically with the world.
Build an Authentic Community – Connect with like-minded individuals who see, support, and accept you exactly as you are.

This is more than a storytelling class—it’s a commitment to yourself. A space to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

📅 Meeting Dates: April 30, May 7, May 14, May 21. Participants are asked to commit to all dates.

Special Storytelling Experience – On Friday, April 18th, there will be an intimate gathering where participants will have the opportunity to share their creative stories in a safe and supportive space. (Optional, but gently encouraged!)

About the Owner

Alexandra Ruberti is the owner of ReCreation Station. She is a local mental health therapist and Creative Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Florida State University in 2013 earning a Master's Degree in Social Work. She started her career in counseling as a women's substance abuse counselor in a residential program located in Saint Petersburg, FL. It was in this position she aquired the skills and experience that would take her further than she could have imagined. Utilizing existential and integrated therapeutic interventions, she assisted women on their road to recovery. With an educational and experiential background in communications and performing arts, many of her groups incorporate out-of-the-box activities that stimulate personal growth and awareness. Upon leaving her residential position, she accepted a new role as a community therapist with a different non-profit organization. community mental health concerns that were far bigger than she or any one organization could address on their own. After a year, she realized her life's purpose was to incorporate her auntehntic self into her community efforts by integrating all gifts she graciously received from Source, God, whatever Higher Power you believe in.  Through creative & expressive counseling, spiritual healing and empowerment coaching, she teaches individuals and groups on the path of self-discovery and recovery to let go of the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.
