About this event

Health • Mental health

The world is loud.

Our bodies rarely get a say.

unbusy — a collective pause is an intentional hour to lay the “doing” down and return to simple being. We’ll keep words light, let silence do some of the holding, and offer one gentle grounding tool so you leave with something you can feel—not just think about.

What to expect

  • Soft arrival + landing
  • A first pocket of quiet to settle (no pressure to share)
  • One 4-minute calm tool (hand-to-heart + longer exhale), offered—not required
  • Optional closing prompt: What felt kind?
  • Simple aftercare: water • warmth • a little movement
