Hosted by umm yoga + wellness, these weekly meet ups are designed to foster community through wellness activities.
Our motto is: find peace in the pause. And we'll use tools like yoga movement and mindfulness, breathing exercises, cold plunging, and sound bath to help your body, brain, and self find that - pause.
What to expect:
- Yoga movement for all levels
- Guided breathing exercises to prepare for cold plunge
- 3-minute cold plunge per person
- Sound bath
Please bring:
- Wear clothes or swimsuit to plunge in
- Clothes to change into after
- Towel
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
