Join ULI Toronto and the Women’s Development Collaborative as we explore how women-led development initiatives across the Greater Toronto Area are overcoming the financial challenges of the current economic climate and changing the way development is done.

This interactive discussion will explore how these women are delivering iconic projects that are inclusive, innovative and transformative. From Distillery District and Corktown Commons in downtown to The Inclusive Condo in an ethnically diverse neighbourhood the featured projects will demonstrate how new communities are being created that are driven by design excellence and expanded access to housing.
