Ukrainian Ceramic Workshop

We invite you to discover the heritage of Ukrainian ceramics and make your own personal ceramic artwork.
Whether you have experience working with clay or are just trying it out for the first time, all are welcome to this fun and relaxing workshop!

It is an honor to introduce artist and ceramics specialist Nataliya Kormeluk. Born in France but tracing her heritage back to Ukraine, Nataliya has worked with ceramics for decades as a means of connecting continents and cultures. As an instructor in ceramics at Hood College and Columbia Art Center, Nataliya also curates events at the National Museum of Pottery in Opishne, Ukraine, and travels back to Ukraine frequently to teach.
Come learn the Ukrainian symbols, explore hands-on pottery techniques, and spend a relaxing afternoon creating with our community.
