UCSB Tech Savvy 2019: Parent Program

WiSE is a non profit campus organization; it was founded in Spring 2001 to promote equal opportunity for women and girls in science and engineering, and improve their scientific and career advancement. WiSE encourages the participation of all science/engineering undergraduates, graduates, researchers, faculty, and professionals in the Santa Barbara area.http://www.wise.ucsb.edu/

UCSB Women in Science & Engineering

This Parent/Guardian Program is the complement to our s<A HREF="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ucsb-tech-savvy-2019-tickets-54730870507" TARGET="_blank" REL="noopener noreferrer">tudent program</A>, which will be held at the same time and in the same location.
Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to participate in their own hands-on STEM workshops, while also learning more about how to promote STEM literacy for their young female students, and also how to prepare these young women for careers and opportunities in STEM fields.
Registration will be capped at 50 participants.
