What does the registration fee include?

The User Conference offers 30+ breakout sessions plus industry roundtables, hands-on opportunities with TMA consultants, computer labs and panel discussions taught by TMA staff members and/or client presenters. It also includes two meals a day, networking and social activities, and much more!

Will I receive a receipt for my registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email along with your eTicket for the event.

I can no longer attend; may I substitute someone in my place?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your registration by emailing marketing@tmasystems.com.

Can I bring a spouse or guest to UC25?

Accepted Answer

Yes, clients may bring a guest or spouse for an additional fee of $200. This fee includes all meals and evening social events. To do so, please select the Spouse/Guest ticket as an Add-On during checkout.

Do I need a ticket for UC25?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once you complete your purchase you will receive your eTicket(s) from Eventbrite. Please save this email, as your eTickets will be scanned at the event registration/check in desk.

How do I get the UC25 App?

Accepted Answer

Download instructions for the UC25 mobile application (through Guidebook) will be sent to all attendees via email a few weeks prior to the conference. The app will include all event information for sessions, speakers, meals, etc.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund through 9/31/24 (after processing fees) | 50% (after processing fees) refund from 10/1/24 through 12/31/24 | Non-Refundable after 1/1/25

Can I pay by invoice?

The preferred payment method is via credit card, however, if you must pay by invoice please submit a request to accountsreceivable@tmasystems.com. Invoices are due within 14-days of receipt.
