Ubuntu, which means "I am because we are", highlights the interconnectedness of all humans, emphasizing that our well-being is deeply rooted in our connections with others. True healing allows us to thrive within our communities. This day-long wellness retreat is meticulously crafted to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through the power of community, connection, and shared humanity.
