Techstars Startup Weekends are 54-hour events designed to provide superior experiential education for technical and non-technical entrepreneurs. The weekend is centered around action, innovation, and education. Techstars Startup Weekends are the perfect environment in which to test ideas and take the first steps towards launching a startup.

Techstars Startup Programs

UBC Startup Weekend Learn, Network, Startup. All in 54 hours. #SWUBC Have an idea that you can’t seem to get off the ground or never knew where to begin? Then UBC Startup Weekend is the perfect opportunity for you! On February 3-5, 2017 in a span of just 54 hours, you will experience the highs, lows, and fun that make up life at a startup. As you learn how to create a company, you’ll meet the best of Vancouver’s entrepreneurial leaders - mentors, investors, potential cofounders, and sponsors - who are there to help you get started.

Mentor Sessions:  
Business Model Validation: Saturday: 10:30am to 12:00pm
Customer Validation: Saturday: 2:00pm-3:30pm
Pitch Practice: Sunday: 10:30-12:00pm
We would like mentors to join us during the opening and closing ceremonies (On Friday and Sunday respectively)
