WHY SHOULD YOU RGA? RGA (Revenue Generating Activities) was founded in 2010 with the intention of providing an effective venue for members to build their businesses. Our founder, Mark O’Donnell, incorporated best practices that he gathered through years of experience in building businesses through networking. He specifically designed the RGA model as a place for members to get to know, like, and most importantly TRUST each other. RGA provides a family-friendly environment that is also professional and respectful of our members and guests time.

The RGA framework provides the tools that today’s busy professionals need:

  • The ability to be spotlighted and speak for 15 minutes at any of our in-person or virtual meetings. This gives members the ability to create exposure beyond any one meeting or group.
  • Collaboration, not competition. RGA networking meetings are not seat-specific. We believe in building relationships with people that you come to know, like and trust.
  • Referrals are voluntary. Referrals are based on those relationships and the value you create and share, not required quotas.
  • No attendance penalties. We know you’re busy and we don’t expect you to attend every meeting. However, as with any networking, the more consistent you are, the easier it is for people to get to know, like and most importantly TRUST you. Trust builds fastest with commitment and consistency.
  • Regular professional and social events. Events like our Annual Business Expo, Networking Awards Dinner, Promotional Mixers, RGA Cares, RGA Speaks and mean other events where members have the opportunity to expand their reach in and out of our community.
  • We create resources for our members! From SEO-optimized directory listings to our podcasts, authoring opportunities, video interviews, and regular speaking opportunities. The RGA team continually brings resources, programs and opportunities to the table for our members.
