The Society of Typographic Aficionados (SOTA) is an international not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, study, and support of type, its history and development, its use in the world of print and digital imagery, its designers, and its admirers.

TypeCon is coming to Portland for our 20th Anniversary in August! Join us for a cozy and casual town hall meeting on Friday, April 13 at Coopers Hall! Grab a drink and chat with TypeCon organizers about volunteer opportunities, speaking opportunities, what you'd like to see at the conference, and how you can get involved. Or just come to hang out with fellow type nerds!
