What is your refund policy?

Your cancelation must be two weeks before the course to obtain a full refund.

Do I have to attend the full two days to get my certificaton?

Yes, you must attend both days to receive your ATLS certification.

What if I only need a refresher course ?

There is typically one-two recertification one day courses held throughout the year.

What if my current ATLS certificate has expired?

If your current ATLS certificate has expired, you have a six-month grace period from the expiration date to renew by taking a one-day refresher course. If no refresher course is available, you may attend a two-day course; however, you must attend both days to recertify.

Can I audit an ATLS course?

We allow one auditor during the two-day course for a fee of $100. As an auditor, you are not held accountable for the post-testing but will be required to attend both classes to receive a written letter for attendance participation and to claim any CMEs.
