In this training program- BTECH will focus on teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation.

The Paint Valley ADAMH Board, through grant funding provided by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services, will be sponsoring a 2 day, in person,Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training.

Participants will need to log into BTECH's learning management system to access materials.

Eligible participants will recieve 12 credit hours of CE. Partial Credit cannot be issued. This training is approved for the following disciplines from the boards listed below:

  • Certified Addiction Counselors- MCBAP
  • Mental Health Counselors- NBCC
  • Nurses- ACCME
  • Psychiatrists- ACCME
  • Psychologists- APA
  • Social Workers- NASW-WA

Other Professionals will recieve a letter of attendance from BTECH.

Training will take place at the Paint Valley ADAMH Board on June 5-6th.

Anyone who lives or works in Ross, Pike, Pickaway, Fayette, or Highland Counties are eligible to register

Refreshments will be sponsored by Appalachian Children Coalition.
