Twin Cities World Refugee Day 2024

How much does a ticket cost?

Admission to World Refugee Day is free, but we welcome you to make a suggested donation of 5$ to help support refugees in your community

What is seating like at the festival?

While there are picnic tables and benches available throughout the park, we suggest you bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit back and enjoy the stage performances.

What is the difference between a Resource Table and Vendor table?

Resource tables are for organizations looking to share their services or information with the community. Vendor tables are for artists or other vendors looking to sell goods at the event. ***IF SELLING FOOD - you must have a permit or be registered as a Cottage Food Producer***

What does a table registration include?

By registering for a Resource or Vendor table you are provided: a 10x10 foot space including a tent, 6ft table, and 2 folding chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional chairs/stands they need. ***Limited electrical available - message events@capiusa.org if needed***

Can I bring my own food to the event?

You may bring in outside food for personal consumption, but there will be multiple food truck vendors available to order from. You may NOT bring alcoholic beverages to the site. Eventbrite will be updated with vendors as they sign up for the event.

How can I support the event?

Individuals and groups are encouraged to register for the volunteer ticket! You will be sent a registration form to sign up for part or all of the event. Those looking to become a partner through sponsorship can reach out to paul.andrighetti@capiusa.org
