How do I make changes to my ticket?

Attendees can transfer their tickets themselves by going to their order confirmation email and selecting "Change ticket" or by logging into their Eventbrite account.

How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Go into your order confirmation email and select "Change ticket" or by logging into your Eventbrite account.  The attendee transferring the ticket must be the original buyer, and if it's a paid ticket, it must have been purchased with a debit or credit card.   The ticket can't already be checked in.

How does payment work for transferring tickets?

Accepted Answer

When an attendee transfers a ticket, the financial transaction is between the original ticket holder and the person receiving the ticket.  The original purchaser and the new ticket holder need to arrange any payment between themselves directly.
