Thomecia “Mimi” is a professional dancer and choreographer. Originally from Oakland, CA, she has 15+ years experience with teaching. Previously taught Sip & Twerk and MiSoSexy Heels classes through out the Bay Area. She will teach us the basics of twerking, along with some tips & tricks to elevate your current twerking skills!
Class will always open with a fellowship circle, setting intentions and practicing breathwork. This will allow everyone to become comfortable in their bodies and get out of their heads.
Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and/or sexy! Water, small towel, and knee pads are suggested.
Class will begin promptly by 1:30p
