Doing hard things requires identifying the right activities and staying consistently focused on them for a much longer time than we find natural. Doing that alone hasn't been working so well, has it? Fortunately, with a proven set of tools and a process for staying accountable to your actions, you can accomplish any goal you set.

In this KWU-certified course, you will:

  • Gain perspective on applying the 80/20 principle
  • Become purposeful about your time choices
  • Set SMART goals and create your 4-1-1 productivity tool
  • Time-block your calendar to reflect priorities
  • Decide who will hold you accountable to your actions
