Turn a Bowl - Lidded Bowl

Learning to turn a lidded box is the next progression in your development as a woodturner. Incorporating the skills of both spindle and bowl turning you will have the chance to design and create this keepsake item. A higher level of patience and precision is required and will challenge the intermediate turner. Mastering these skills will allow for future lidded projects of a variety of shapes and sizes and lends itself to an additional project like salt and peppermills. Intermediate woodturners are welcome in this class. Previous turning experience is required; we recommend taking our “Bowl Turning with Carbide Tools” Class prior to enrolling in this one.
