Turkey Rocks is a 2 mile easy to moderate hike with multiple stops on established trails. Geologist, Steve King, will lead the tour and discuss features and the processes that created them. The most common fossils of the period will be seen and discussed. The features, processes, and fossils are evidence and chapters within the story of when and how Turkey Mountain was formed.

This hike can be strenuous in places and is NOT recommended for people with mobility issues or children under 14. The hike will last about 2 hours.

Limit of 2 tickets per order. We can only have about 10 people in each group hike so tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. NO TICKETS will be sold the day of or onsite.
