HANNA-JADE BROWNEINTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK THERAPIST and Yoga instructor.I have dedicated nearly 10 years to studying, practising and sharing natural healing. After leaving my job in the music industry I went back to college to study bio-medicine, naturopathy and nutrition with a burning desire to reconnect to a natural way of life and heal myself.After 4 years of study and self-practise in London my passion led me to India where I spent 4 months unlearning everything I thought I knew. It was here where I met my spiritual teacher who introduced me to Rebirthing Breathwork and the spirit of Babaji. I received a blessing at the Ganges which the best way I can describe it now, is to say that it cleared my memory and opened me up into the current of vast transformation.I trained in traditional Hatha yoga (200 hrs) and Ayurvedic studies in the Himalayas under the guidance of Shankaracharya tradition and continued to live and serve at the ashram where daily breathwork and sitar classes became my sādhāna.Over time and after extensive enquiry and self-work I qualified as a therapeutic practitioner in integrative Breathwork with various schools around the world including Rebirthing, Transformational Breath® and Bio-dynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System as well as in sound healing with the Acutonics system and Reiki to a master level.www.embodhibreath.life

Hanna-Jade

TUNING IN is a sacred half-day sanctuary for women, woven with the intention to support and make space for feeling feelings and creating a loving connection to the self through the sacred practise of tea ceremony and breath-work. 
You’ll be guided through a flow that embodies the principles of the Tao, pendulating from a releasing and expressive breath-work and movement journey to the resource of stillness and silence with tea, meditation and sharing. 
This will be an intimate gathering held in a beautiful warm space and to close our time together, with will continue to drink tea and share some vegan treats.
