Then Amy will teach us a mindfulness meditation.
We will then end with a brief sound bath, a cherry on top of this calming and empowering meditation sundae.

Josh Liebling is a life-long learner. He enjoys discovering and sharing practices that help people return to a peaceful state that feels like home. For the past 15 years he's explored many different types of meditation modalities ranging from transcendental meditation and mantra meditation to mindfulness and breathwork. But it was in Qigong that he found a practice that enriched his life so much that he absolutely needed to share its benefits with others.
