Why is Tummytime Important?
- Helps baby develop muscle strength to reach developmental milestones.
- Build body awareness so they can move around easier and better.
- Movement stimulates the brain! The brain triple in size by age 2 and 90% of brain stimulation is generated by spinal movements.
