Tumbling & Martial Arts at PMA
Our tumbling class is designed to help students build agility, coordination, and strength through fun, skill-based movements like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. At PMA, we take it a step further by blending these foundational gymnastics skills with martial arts techniques—creating a high-energy class that improves balance, control, and body awareness.
Students learn how to safely fall, roll, and move dynamically, which enhances their martial arts performance—especially in areas like self-defense, takedowns, and sparring footwork. This fusion of tumbling and martial arts not only boosts athleticism but also builds confidence, discipline, and a love for movement in every student.
Beginner friendly and open to ages 5-12.
