Tui Na utilizes gentle rocking and rhythmic waves through the spine and body to affect not only the local region but also the parasympathetic nervous system. You will learn Tui Na’s core principles, body mechanics and essential hand techniques. We will also cover the opening sequence, the Tai Yang breakdown. The aim of this seminar is to give practitioners techniques that can be utilized in their practice immediately.
