Her vinyasa style is thoughtfully designed with smooth transitionsand intuitive play to a curated playlist. She incorporates meaningful themes into her classes, creating a comfortable and open space where students are encouraged to slow their minds and drop into a flow state.

Come early and enjoy treats and beverages at Cosmic Cafe downstairs at Lloyd Hall overlooking the river and the back of the Art Museum.
