That's normal. You'll be guided through a protocol and you'll practice repeatedly-this is how confidence is built.

No. This is an experiential skill-building workshop. You’ll be invited into practices, not pressured into beliefs.

Is this safe if I'm sensitive or anxious?

Accepted Answer

Yes—this is taught with nervous system support and grounded pacing. You are always in choice.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Because this is a live, in-person event with limited seating and planning commitments, there are no refunds for this workshop.
