Cellador Ales is one of the few 100% oak barrel-fermented craft breweries in the United States - and it's a Jewish owned business! Enjoy a guided tour of the brewery from the owner, enjoy a tasting while you learn about the history and process of creating their unique and excellent ales, then snack and mingle with your fellow Trybal pals. (Trypals if you will?) Feel free to purchase Cellador products while you're there!
Cellador Ales sources high quality local and organic ingredients; their relationships with local fruit growers allows them to pick ripe fruit straight from the tree and add it to barrels the same day. Customers can always expect a new and noteworthy experience with every taste.
