Try Something New Virtual Cook-Along Series

Join us for a dose of fun and flavor! Our monthly cook-alongs will introduce you to new-ish recipes that are simple, healthy, and ready in 30 minutes. These cook-along programs, held on the second Thursday of each month at 6 PM, are a great way to learn new recipes, have fun, and enjoy a delicious meal!

Participants will receive a link to join the presentation in their order confirmation email. To view the presentation, participants may use the web version of the video conferencing tool used for the class. Shopping lists and recipe links will also be in the confirmation email.

Healing With Heritage: Celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and treat mom for Mother's Day with a delicious twist on tradition. Plus, we'll be joined by Dr. Michele Arthurs from Kaiser Permanente, expert in chronic disease management and women's health. Kids will have a crackin’ good time smashing rice crackers and tossing veggies into a tasty Egg Roll in a Bowl—no wrapping required! Meanwhile, mom (or anyone with a sweet tooth) can skewer some fun with fresh Pineapple-Strawberry Skewers. It’s a hands-on, flavor-packed feast that makes the perfect Mother’s Day treat!

Food For Thought: For Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month we're feeding both the body and the mind with Food for Thought! Join the Healthy Living Team as we partner with the Alzheimer's Association for a deep dive into brain boosting nutrients. We’ll whip up a rich Spaghetti Herb Pesto that you'll want to eat over and over and prep a Mixed Berry Chia Pudding for morning time, packed with brain-loving antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats.
