Workshop Overview

This is a fast-paced, beginner-level course covering the foundations of Ruby and Object-Oriented Programming, a common paradigm in Back End development. You'll get a taste of what a Back End software developer does and learn how you can turn an interest in learning to code into a new career.

What Will We Learn?

  • Learn the basics of Ruby by completing a code project with an instructor.
  • Get to know us during an Info Session, followed by an Alumni Panel. Do you have questions about learning how to code, Turing School, or the life of a software developer? Get them answered here!
