Try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Kids Age 4 to 6
Come join us at Northern Beaches Jiu-Jitsu Academy for a group class where your little ones can learn a few basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! Our experienced instructors will guide your child through a warm up designed to improve mobility and body awareness, teach them some technical jiujitsu skills based on self-defence, and end with a fun little game or two!
A trial uniform is provided for the class, so you just need to wear something comfy, slide on shoes and bring a drink bottle.
We are a family-run Academy based in Cromer, focusing on building capable, confident kids through the art of Jiu-Jitsu. We've taught hundreds of kids over the past 5 years and our team of experienced, professional coaches can't wait to show more kids how Jiu-Jitsu can benefit their everyday life.
Classes are held every weekday at 4pm, and Saturdays at 8.30am so if this day doesn't suit, feel free to book in another day here.
