Want to get your sweat on before work? Have you ever seen the TRX straps and wondered if they would be right for you?
Our TRX winter workout series will help you learn the core movements and principals so you can get the most out of the straps. TRX it is a low-cost piece of equipment that can be utilized at home with just body weight for a total body workout. Come give it a try at Rose PT. This is a for-real workout, be prepared to sweat!
Note the different locations and times for weekday / weekend workouts. Please bring clean indoor shoes to this workshop!
