This is a space for men to let their guard down and be vulnerable without judgement. Begin the healing process for the traumas of the world, childhood and even to build a brotherhood. Speak to other men and hear their own lived experiences, you no longer have to suffer in silence. BE HEARD!

Men with an open forum answering and asking questions, engaging with like minded individuals.

Is this open to the public?

Yes, however this event is centered around men. The theme is mental health, so if you come you will be included. We don’t turn people away that are seeking a safe space.

Is this event kid friendly?

Kids are definitely welcomed, all we ask is that the supervision understands the importance of respect for others and the goal for the participants.
