Do I need to bring anything?

Yes! Please bring a notebook and something to write with. And also.. your curiosity and an open mind! Bonus points if you bring a friend who is also ready to start trusting herself again!

Do I need to have read the book before the workshop?

No! You'll receive a copy of the transformative book, You Can Trust Yourself, when you arrive at the event. It will be a great tool to help you integrate the practices we cover during the workshop.

Come comfy and cozy! Whatever that means to you. We'll be sitting on the floor and there will be opportunities to move around if you'd like.
