Trust but Verify: Advanced Trust Accounting Exercise for Property Managers

A hands-on (using paper and calculators) exercise for property managers. Simulates starting trust accounts for a new residential property management company and creating the paperwork through end of month SDREC Trust Account Reconciliation. Class highlights areas property managers need to be aware of for compliance with SDREC reconciliation and reporting.

Everyone will receive an EventBrite Registration email reminder 2 days before the class and again a couple of hours before the class. Reminders will include the zoom link. If you are attending in person we will have handouts printed for you.

If you want to pay with a credit card please use a choice with a payment (we cover the credit card fees). If you want to mail a check choose a 'free' option meaning no payment needed at time of registration. Mail your check to Carol's Classes LLC, 2040 West Main Street Suite #B4, Rapid City SD 57702.

In Person attendees:

Doors open about 10 minutes before class starts. Carol's Classes LLC is in the Rushmore building, 2040 West Main Street Suite #B4 Rapid City SD 57702. It is across the street from Culver's by Baken Park and between Flowers by LeRoy and the Batteries and Bulbs Store.

Zoom attendees:

Zoom attendees MUST be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you may not receive credit with SDREC. Students will need to have reliable high-speed internet access.

Transfer Policy: Up until two days before class starts you may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

Refund Policy: All classes are refundable until one day before class begins. Refund amount will be less the credit card and EB fees which Carol's Classes paid upon purchase. Please allow time for us to manually process the transfer.
