indi chocolate makes bean to bar chocolate in Pike Place Market on Western Ave. where you can watch the entire chocolate making process from roasting cacao beans to finished chocolate bars right from our cafe.We search the world for the best-tasting cacao beans to make our chocolate and work to improve the livlihoods of the farmers and communities where we work.Come be a part of the fun and join us for a class, event or private event!

Learn about how bean to bar chocolate, ganache and truffles are made, make hand rolled truffles and experiment with your own favorite flavor combinations. Take truffles you've made home to share with friends and family. Let us know if you have a dairy allergy and we will make truffles with coconut milk. This is one of our favorite classes, because it really allows you to play with flavor combinations.
All of our chocolate is 72% dark chocolate (soy, dairy and gluten free).
