True Food Kitchen and The Barre Code are teaming up to bring you True Wellness, a strength training series, throughout the month of May. Join us for what SELF dubs one of the best new workouts and stay for honest food that tastes really good.
First, lengthen and strengthen your muscles during a 50-minute Total Body Conditioning (TBC) class. Bring a yoga mat or towel and sneakers.
Class attendees will then get to cool down with complimentary natural refreshers and enjoy 15% off their meal immediately following class.
There’s more! Attend all 5 True Strength events throughout the month of May and be entered to win 1 of 5 True Strength Prizes including swag, giftcards and gear. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this.
The event is free - we just ask that you reserve your spot by registering. Additional classes will be held every Thursday in May (5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26) and on Saturday 5/14.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The parking garage entrance is on Walter Seaholm Drive. True Food Kitchen validates parking for 1 hour for all customers. There is also ample metered street parking nearby.
The event will start with the class on the grassy lawn area located across from True Food Kitchen, followed by an enjoyable dinner on the patio or inside the restaurant. You can get to the lawn by walking up the parking garage stairs or using the elevator to the ground level.
