TRUE Single-cell Resolution Spatial Transcriptomics Lunch and Learn

TRUE Single-cell Resolution Spatial Transcriptomics Lunch and Learn

Cleveland ClinicCleveland, OH
Thursday, Mar 5 from 11:30 am to 1 pm
Overview

Join Complete Genomics at the Cleveland Clinic to explore Stereo-seq, the highest-resolution spatial transcriptomics platform available.

Lunch & Learn – 3/5/26

Join Complete Genomics at the Cleveland Clinic to explore Stereo-seq, the highest-resolution spatial transcriptomics platform available today. With 0.5 µm resolution and chip sizes up to 13 × 13 cm, Stereo-seq enables detailed molecular mapping across large tissue sections, supporting Fresh Frozen (FF) and OMNI (FFPE) samples. The platform integrates transcriptomics, proteomics, and histology, and captures total RNA, including non-coding and microbial content, for deeper biological insights.

Learn about how you can receive heavily discounted Stereo-seq transcriptomics kits! Please see details below about our STOmics: RNA-seq at Subcellular Levels Grant Program.
