What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to settle in and get ready. (12.45pm!)

What level is this class suited for?

All abilities are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, the class will be adapted to suit you.

Bring a Yoga mat, water bottle, a towel, and your favourite workout gear. We'll provide everything else you need!
