Join us for the 3rd Annual Toronto Retina Symposium, hosted by the Toronto Retina Institute. This one-day event, designed for Ontario optometrists, offers 8 COPE-approved CE hours and features interactive presentations from leading experts.


Submit Your OCT Cases for Live Discussion!

As part of our OCT Interpretation session, attendees are invited to submit interesting or challenging cases for a live, expert-led discussion during the symposium. This is a unique opportunity to refine your diagnostic skills and gain real-world insights from retina specialists.

Subject line: OCT Case Submission – [Your Last Name]


What to Include:

✔ Patient History – A brief, de-identified summary (no personal identifiers).
✔ OCT Scans (mandatory).
✔ Fundus Photos (if available).
✔ Optos Images (if applicable).


📂 File Format & Size Guidelines:

Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF (for easy integration into presentations).

File size limit: 10MB per email. If your files are larger, please send via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or OneDrive and provide a viewable link in your email.

Ensure all patient information is removed before submission (no names, birthdates, or ID numbers).


Submission Deadline: April 12th


Early Bird Pricing:

Register before March 31st for just $75. After, it’s $150.
