A very special Wine Dinner featuring a 5 course meal from Chef, Eli Justice (Mangiamo!), and the wines of Bodega Trivento, Argentina. We are excited to be joined by winemaker, Maximillion Ortiz, from Trivento.

 Course Three Chorizo tossed with fresh pasta, charred tomato sauce Wine Pairing Trivento Reserve Cabernet / Malbec
