Come and celebrate Singapore’s 51st Birthday by sweating it out at Triple Active Workout!
Triple Active Workout is a week-long (1-5 August 2016) fitness event in conjunction with #GetActiveSG to have us all celebrating National Day together as #OneTeamSG – through sport. Our aim is to encourage people to work out together, get active and have fun at the same time! We are partnering Virgin Active to conduct a workout daily from 7:30pm to 8:30pm that include their signature classes such as Pulse, Zuu and Lebert. Sign up now as slots for each session are limited! 
These workouts are powered by Under Armour and Virgin Active.
 
PULSE
Work hard, play hard and party hard with Pulse. Pulse features easy-to-follow, calorie-busting dance moves so grab your glow sticks and rave to club anthems as we bring you 90’s classics and the latest chart toppers.
 
ZUU
Time to unleash your inner gorilla. This high intensity, full body workout based on primal movement patterns is set to leave you drenched in sweat. Expect lots of fun and to burn up to 500 calories each session.
 
Lebert
Lebert is designed to elevate everyone’s fitness level from the couch potato to the elite athlete! Using only your body weight as resistance and the versatile Lebert Equalizer, this class is a customized, energizing workout to help develop and improve your Coordination, Agility, Reactivity, Balance, Speed and Power. Lots of perspiration and sense of achievement guaranteed. Teamwork will be involved for this session!

<LI>Bags can be left at the workout area however, please ensure that you do not leave any valuables or personal belongings inside. Sport Singapore, Triple and Virgin Active are not responsible for any stolen or lost items</LI>
<LI>All participants will receive a GetActive! Singapore pack as well as refreshment! *Subject to availability</LI>
