What payment methods are accepted?

The payment is made by credit card at registration. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Also Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay are accepted.

Are meals included in the registration fee?

Yes. The full registration fee includes a welcome reception the evening of Tuesday, May 13. Breakfasts and lunches on Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15. Coffee and snacks are complimentary. Also, dinner on Wednesday, May 14 at the Omni Hotel and the off-site dinner/party on Thursday, May 15.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them in the catering?

Yes, no worries. Just let us know them in the registration form.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Full refund is available until the end of March 2025. After that, we will refund 50% until the end of April. No refunds will be given for cancellations made in May.

What is the best way to reach the hotel from either George Bush Intercontinental or Hobby Airport?
