Trigger Point Yin blends breathwork, passive stretches, and therapy balls to release deep tension.

Join us for Trigger Point Yin yoga session at Lizard Yoga and walk out with a whole new gate.

Meg is a specialist in bio mechanics and creator of Trigger Point Yin. She will help educate along the way of how daily movements play a role in the tension we carry. Poses will include seated postures that allow you to melt your tender muscles right over strategically placed lacross or tennis balls. Patient breath is key.

This session will focus on deep stretching and targeting trigger points to release tension and improve flexibility and mobility. Come unwind and de-stress with us!
