Trigger Point Yin blends breathwork, passive stretches, and therapy balls to release deep tension.

What if the only thing you needed to release physical tension was self awareness?
A combination of two disciplines, Trigger Point Yin uses the mindfulness training of breath-work to help you relax into supported passive stretches and trigger point exercises.
Join Meg Kokovai, Trigger Point and relaxation specialist, for a cozy evening of rolling around on therapy balls, releasing patterns of tension in the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Your journey to letting go will be supported by a variety of tools and techniques and set within the tranquil and grounding space of Lizard Yoga. Come early to float, relax in the sauna or grab some tea and center yourself in the meditation lounge. All props are provided.
